Being aware of how your Catholic organization’s viewpoint is articulated through Catholic social teaching, we probe to determine how a prospective candidate would integrate this social teaching with sound management principles. We carefully evaluate a prospective candidate’s understanding of your mission and his/her commitment to those concepts upon which your mission is built.

Additionally, we measure each candidate’s personal attributes to determine two things: does this individual have the integrity, grounding and motivation to manage your ministry programs? Could this individual’s basic set of competencies guide him/her to outstanding leadership?
